The Certified Supervisor of Maintenance/Equipment (CSM/E) is for individuals with two years experience in the maintenance field. Certification is awarded to those supervisors who have the ability to carry out policy and program directives. Supervisors are expected to administer programs, provide leadership and engage in the development of programs and established by their managers. The certification includes one exam, Essentials of Fleet Maintenance Management.
